Editor: This is a Free electronic medical record program for use by clinicians. It will facilitate the management of consultations, visits, correspondence, prescriptions (management and printing), pathologies, drugs, as well as for the management of practice accounts (Income/Expenses), due to the incorporation of a very simple interface. SoftaMed uses the latest version of FreeBase as data base that allows maximal security to ensure and maintain confidentiality.
